Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking for your wedding or event with Caine’s Pizza Ltd ("the Company"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- 1. Booking Confirmation:
- a. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required.
- b. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
- 2. Payment:
- a. The remaining balance is due no later than the event date.
- b. Payments can be made by BACS or Cash.
- c. Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
- 3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- a. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
- b. Cancellations made 28 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance, minus the deposit.
- c. Cancellations made less than 28 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
- 4. Event Details:
- a. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate event details, including the date, time, location, and any specific instructions.
- b. Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the Company as soon as possible.
- 5. Menu Selection:
- a. Menu options and pricing are subject to change and availability.
- b. Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than 28 days before the event.
- 6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies:
- a. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies if communicated in advance.
- b. The Company is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues arising from the consumption of our products.
- 7. Service:
- a. The Company will provide pizza and related services as agreed upon in the booking.
- b. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the behaviour of event attendees is inappropriate or poses a risk to our staff or property.
- 8. Liability:
- a. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to persons or property arising from the provision of our services.
- b. The customer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused to our equipment or property.
- c. The Company's liability is limited to the value of the booking.
- 9. Force Majeure:
- a. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.
- 10. Termination:
- a. The Company reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time if the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
- 11. Governing Law:
- a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Food Safety Act 1990.
- b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts under the Food Safety Act 1990.
By booking our services for your wedding or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
